In 2020 we organized a digital conference with effective and targeted phygital events dedicated to the “Recovery Plan” for the company Viessmann. The venue chosen for the speakers was Villafranca di Verona, at the Museum Nicolis, with a livestream reaching over 3,000 attendees from all over Italy. The webinar ended with a treasure hunt that got all participants involved, as part of a bespoke hospitality programme for speakers and in-person attendees.

We organized an internal convention for the company Swisscare, dedicated and tailor-made for all its partners. Thanks to remote connection, over 400 people were connected and took part in the 2021 end-of-year meeting, enjoying the Christmas spirit through a themed virtual setting. Shows and entertainment took place during the event, all customized and in line with the corporate mission, gifting participants with unforgettable feelings.

Among the various digital events organized in Verona, we used our Endes platform to launch a virtual meeting dedicated to one of the most prominent insurance companies of the country. Each detail of the event was customized, starting from the logo to the concept of the event, and we selected a renowned venue, the historic building Lords of Verona, where we put on a show combining music and poetry, aiming at entertaining people taking part in the virtual event.

Assets: setup of the hospitality area and reception desk, separate area for authorities as President Mattarella, reception and official ceremony, 30 hostesses and stewards. The event was organized in-person at Palace Gran Guardia in Verona and brought together over 350 people, including city representatives and national as well as international authorities. Again, the in-person event was organized according to various needs: the general planning, hostess and steward service, catering service, setup, organizing secretariat, hospitality services.
