Endes has always viewed hosting as a true profession with a key role in ensuring the success of an event. It ensues that only ongoing training, based on a careful analysis of the changes taking place in both the marketplace and society, can provide an insight into the Customer's needs, so that they can be exhaustively understood and satisfied.

Endes puts this conviction into practice by holding training sessions, which, besides improving the skills of our reception and assistant staff members, also foster the creation of a more powerful human rapport based on mutual trust and respect, which makes it all the more easier to build up the right team spirit that makes each project more stimulating and effective.
The training sessions focus on subjects such as etiquette, foreign languages and an in-depth knowledge of the city of Verona. We also hold frequent seminars on the manifold aspects of communication.
All training sessions, which target groups of no more than ten persons, are held by qualified training staff with an excellent theoretical background and practical experience.

Briefings and specific training

Besides ongoing training we also have a focus on specific training. Briefings are a key part of this training. Before carrying out any service - from the easiest to the most complex - we hold briefings with our assistants to provide them with the "essential tools" for performing their duties in the best possible way. The briefings also enable Endes to hand out each task to the best qualified or most skilled staff member, also based on the work environment and on talent and personal ability.
